Payroll Officer
We have a great opportunity for a Payroll Officer to join our team in Forth, Tasmania. You will be responsible for payroll, compliance & management reporting functions for employees who work across our factory, farm, fleet and maintenance business areas. It's a great time to join us as we have recently implemented a new Payroll Business System called Employment Hero to support this function for the company.
Key Requirements
Must have at least 12 months experience in processing fortnightly pays for up to 300 employees preferably using the Employment Hero business system.
Experience overseeing workers compensation in your current/past positions.
Proficiency with the MS Suite of Products (Excel, Word & Outlook), with advanced knowledge of Excel.
A reporting guru, with an ability to prepare timely and accurate management reporting for business planning, audit, and compliance purposes.
Knowledge and understanding of various industrial instruments (preferably the Horticulture Award and working within the provisions of Enterprise Agreements).
