And right now, we’re looking for a Payroll Officer to join us onsite at Forth, right in the heart of where the action happens.

This isn’t a remote, behind-the-scenes desk job.

This is hands-on, people-first payroll at its best.

You’ll be embedded in a supportive, practical team environment, working closely with the very people who plant, harvest, pack and move our produce every day. You’ll build real relationships, gain a deep understanding of the business, and be part of a workplace where your contribution genuinely matters.

With our recent implementation of Employment Hero, it’s an exciting time to jump in and help shape how payroll supports our growing teams across factory, farm, fleet and maintenance.

What you’ll bring

• At least 12 months’ experience processing payroll for up to 300 employees (Employment Hero experience is ideal).
• A solid understanding of industrial awards and enterprise agreements, including the Horticulture Award.
• Experience managing workers compensation processes.
• Confident Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to build trusted relationships onsite.
• A sharp eye for detail, accuracy and compliance.
